What an awesome dealership, this was my husband and I’s first Kia to ever own and we couldn’t be happier. Had to start shopping around for a car and we finally went to Cable Dahmer Kia in Lees Summit and we met Rickey Nichols and he showed us this K5, he went above and beyond answering all of our questions and we loved his down to earth personality. We went back the next day and met his assistant Keaton Waters that took us over everything possible about the car and also had such a fun personality and was so patient with us, we learned a ton from them both. They sold us on the car and we love it. Thankyou both so much!!!!!

My wife and I used a service to find a very specific vehicle that we were interested in buying that sent notifications to multiple dealerships. Cable Dahmer was not only one of the first to reply, but also replied with recommendations specific to what we were looking for where others recommended vehicles that weren't close to what our request was. I was contacted via text by their customer service team who introduced me to Brennan O. and set up an appointment around my schedule. Brennan's first step was a video introduction with specific location details and confirmation of our appointment sent via text message/SMS. It was very clear the dealership had invested in tools to provide exceptional customer service and took these first steps very seriously in order to make a potential buyer comfortable. My initial fears of buying a new vehicle started to turn to excitement because of how this team made their introduction. Going through the process with Brennan quickly proved that this was the right place to be. To be honest, I was going to settle on something that didnt check all the boxes for me but Brennan and the team encouraged me not to settle and even though it was just something simple as a different color (both I really liked) they had asked me what I REALLY wanted and found the same truck with the color I had really wanted overall. It was even at a different dealership. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted and it didnt cost me a dime more. I actually had a lot of fun making this purchase and the truck is fantastic. I felt working with Brennan that he was listening to me and on my side to make this purchase a smooth as possible and remove any doubts on a long term purchase like this. Brennan stood out as an example of how to create champions through customers for the Cable Dahmer brand in Kansas City. Cable Dahmer will be my recommendation for anyone looking to buy in the future. I have been a "Chevrolet only" owner since 1994 and this team made the brand stand out that much more.

Great dealership very friendly staff. Our salesman Darren is great to work with. Always listen to what your looking for. Takes time to find the right vehicle for you. Easy to work with. Explained the opitons the vehicle i was looking for had. This is second vehicle we have bought from Darren.
